The data controller for the Application is Paweł Skowroński – SkowronskiDev.

- - login data from Google or Facebook accounts (e.g., name, email address, profile picture – subject to granted consent),
- - usage statistics via Google Analytics.
Using Google/Facebook login is optional; users may register with email + password instead.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- - creating and managing user accounts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)),
- - enabling authentication and access to the Application (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)),
- - leaderboards and profile features within the Application (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)),
- - analytics and product improvement (Google Analytics) – legitimate interests and/or consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)),
- - security and proper functioning of the Application (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Data & Password Security
- - Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data from unauthorized access.
- - Passwords are stored only in hashed form (never in plain text) using industry-recognized cryptographic algorithms.
- - Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.
6. User Rights
Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the user’s use of the Application or until consent is withdrawn where applicable, and thereafter for the limitation period necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. Final Provisions
The Controller may update this Policy; material changes will be communicated within the Application.
